One on One coaching at T.F.B. with your personal programming. You will have access to the gym, and all the equipment in the gym. Must haves; - Consistency in your schedule on days and times you can workout - Willing to work hard - Goals in mind - Open and honest conversations with your coach
I will provide you with programming specific to your goals, and available equipment. Must have; - Consistency in your schedule to workout - Willingness to work - Open conversations with your Coach - Goals (Nutrition, and Exercise)
I will provide you with programming to the specifications we agree on, with your goals in mind. When you have availability to be in the gym we will work with the equipment here. When you are located in a different facility we will modify the programming to fit what is available to you. Must haves; - Willingness to be consistent - Ability to come in at the least once a month for check ins - Goals in mind
Family programming. You and your spouse can work on your health together. If you have kids that are old enough to join you that are under 18, they can be coached as well.
